Please ensure that you close all Internet browser windows (e.g. your Internet Explorer windows) before running the installers.
After you have completed the installation, re-open a browser window and enter "http://www.rukerurbandesign.com" into the URL bar.
You should now be able to enter the Ruker Urban Design website.

If you are still unable to view the website after installation, this could be caused by your browser security settings. To check your security settings, please follow the steps below:
- For Internet Explorer users, open an Internet Explorer window
- Click on "Tools" on the toolbar at the top, then selected "Internet Options".
- Select the "Security" tab on the window that pops up.
- The security setting is displayed in the panel under "Security level for this zone". If your security setting is set to "High", you will not be able to view the website. You will need to change this to "Medium" or lower before proceeding.
If you are unable to change your computer settings, or are still experiencing problems with viewing the website, please contact your administrator for further information.
